Sack the Stigma Fund
Sack the Stigma has partnered with Michigan Medicine and the University of Michigan Frances and Kenneth Eisenberg and Family Depression Center to create the Sack the Stigma Fund. Founded in 2001, the Eisenberg Family Depression Center is a trailblazer revolutionizing how we approach depression through cutting-edge research, effective care, and public conversation. The Eisenberg Family Depression Center boasts an array of Outreach & Education programs for youth and college students designed to raise mental health awareness, tackle stigma, and encourage individuals to seek help when needed. A key initiative focuses on student-athletes, equipping coaches and students with vital mental health training to foster a supportive and informed community. Proceeds from Sack the Stigma merchandise and donations will benefit the Sack the Stigma Fund to support these meaningful programs that address the mental health and wellbeing of student athletes.
