Sack the Stigma is excited to introduce our Mental Health Playbooks Campaign. No matter your background or your experience, everyone needs their own Mental Health Playbook which they can defer to for self-care. A Mental Health Playbook is your personal guide that includes coping mechanisms and skills to help you make healthy plays as you navigate the ups and downs of life. Throughout the months of October and November, Sack the Stigma will be highlighting the Mental Health Playbooks' of a number of current and former University of Michigan student-athletes through four different chapters. Download the Mental Health Playbooks worksheet to follow along, learn, and create yours, so when you are struggling you are reminded of what YOU should do to take care of yourself.
